I had one once.... Never again..Yeah I had a smoked chrome one before and learned my lesson. Been using clear visor with sunglasses for a while so this is a nice change. Helmutt Posted September 12, 2014 Report Share Posted September 12, 2014 (edited) Never had mirrored visors, but did use an iridium visor a few helmets ago. After a couple seasons of highway riding, it blasted quite a bit of it away since it's just a coating. I go dark smoke visors now. They aren't just tinted on the surface, it's cast throughout the visor.
