My wife has no muscle and is a pretty new shooter. She put 10 out of 15 on center mass in a heartbeat at the range just this morning.Perfect hand cannon for home defense. Only trade I'm looking for now is a Glock 17L or 34 or a Sub2000 gen 2 (Glock mags) with ammo. I also have have a black stack on 8 long gun cabinent with pistol shelf, minor cosmetic flaws but locks nicely and I have the lag bolts but only a couple of the washers.
