Popular Post durk
When I first built my motocross track at my place the zoning inspector stopped at my house the next day and said I couldn't have that on my property. I said "what piles of dirt". I live in the sticks for a reason. It's my land and I plan to use it how I please. To me if I can't have piles of dirt on my track then the farmers near me can't have piles of manure. If I can't make dust or noise on my track then the farmer better get a quiet tractor and not make any dust in the field. The inspector settled down when I explained the track would only be used by me primarily and I was not holding sanctioned races or anything. I know a couple of guys on the township board now and I guess my name gets mentioned to them quite a bit about complaints. I've told both the guys on the board to tell those that have complaints to come talk to me. I told the inspector the same thing. I'm willing to work with people if they're willing to talk to me. Like maybe not ride before or after a certain hour. I typically don't ride before 9am or after 9pm, but I do ride for like 20min almost daily if the track is dry. To me if you want everybody to be governed on what they can and can't do with their property move to an area that has an association that has all the rules and regulations you want. I'm not sure where or what Pleasant township is all about, but from the video I'd guess it used to be a lot of open land that a lot of new houses are being built on and you have city folks looking to move to the country and it's not exactly what they wanted. Now they want their way or else.

Ron505
They hardly ever ride there (maybe once a month). And only once was there more than a handful of bikes.

what
Maybe those 40 neighbors could offer to buy the property from the current owner and make a nice quiet park instead of just complain about it.
