motocat12
Speaking of expensive electric cart tickets, I need to put a snowboard kit back together and hit some slopes to see if my bod can handle a trip out west. any regulars or season pass holders? TimTheAzn
I need a new board. And that was enough for me to not ride anymore lol. You know how many track days that is?!
what
The altitude out west will take it out of you for the first day at least. I was toast after 3 or 4 runs at the Santa Fe ski area back in 2015, the summit being at 12,000 ft. Ohio has made me weak.
Tpoppa
Snowboarding out West is like riding the Dragon with no traffic or cops Snowboarding in Ohio is like commuting
TimTheAzn
30 seconds down 7 minutes on the lift to go back up = Ohio

I went to Whistler Blackcomb years ago. 7 miles down, heated gondola up.

ludwb675
I'm at Peek'n Peak most weekends in the winter. Went to Park City last year for 3 days. Going back to Park City this year for 3-4 days in March. My friends parents have a time share at the base of the mountain they bought in the 80's. jschaf
West is best. I'm not a snowboarder but a skier. Skied & worked at Vail & Crested Butte 3 years long ago. Snowbird/ Alta is my favorite that I've been to. The only thing good I can say about Ohio on the subject is that it taught me to ski, growing up 2 miles from a ski bump + it taught me how to make snow. A skill that got me my snowmakers supervisor job at Vail. I do think my black diamond visual skills are an asset when It comes to riding motorcycles. I've been to Boston Mills a couple times here but it reminds me too much of Beaver View roller skating rink from my youth with all the kiddies, then you only get less than 10 seconds of fun per lift ride. Good luck with the boarding.
