MrMeanGreen
Tried it. It fucks with the cookies that tell you the last posts in a forum (the blinking arrow icon). Sorry.

Guest stevil
What about like we have on COFBA? (not a popup, but a flashing thing at the top of the board) Or is that what you tried?

Alex1647545498
I know I have PM's when I check my email. It's not that bad with email notification.
MrMeanGreen
I've added PM popups to the board. It uses the existing Instant Message ack I added last year. So when you have a new PM, it throws a popup your way from the user stating they sent you a PM. I was able to find code for a hack based on an older version of UBB, and I modified it to work with our version. smile.gif
BIG SHAFE
I like the PM popup. On another note, does the "Todays active topics" link not work for anyone else?
MrMeanGreen
Nope, I'm working on it now. That error is related the "Hypercells" hack where they color-change.
MrMeanGreen
Fixed. Thanks for the info to those who notified me here and via PM smile.gif

girlygirl18t
the billion pm pop up for the same message is getting old. once is enough. please fix
MrMeanGreen
Quit using your "back" button in your browser tongue.gif Once you click "ok", it'll go away. If you insist on using your "back" button while surfing the site, hit "F5" after you click "ok" in the popup. This will refresh the page and the cache to get rid of the popup.
