Olds 442? Dual engine car

There's a guy in Chicago who showed up to our Monte Carlo/Lumina Meet outside of Chicago this past weekend.

He's got a 94 Cutlass. Stock 3.1 160hp in the front, then took the entire subframe of a 90 Toronado with a 3.8 Series 1 V6 (around 170 hp) and stuck it in the back.

I don't have any vids, but they're coming up soon. I'll post 'em when I see them

His best time yesterday was a 13.8 @ 98ish. Stock tires (no slicks). Cutting like a 1.8 60'. It was 93* and 100% humidity. I'm sure he'd cut that down to a low 13 with better weather. They're also going to slap a small turbo on the 3.8 in the back.

Here's some pics.

They're a bunch of hill-jacks. I think they have 2k-2500 total in the project. The motors are bone stock. When they start adding up a few mods (they're going to put a small turbo on the rear motor), I'm sure it'll scoot.

I think they just wanted to do something different. The guy who built most of the car wouldn't shut up about the 442 dual engine, 12 cylnders, blah blah. It was getting kind of annoying.

But it is different none-the-less.
