No, it's a PITA. Exhaust, suspension, etc. all get removed out of the way, then drop the tank after dumping most of the fuel.

Cut the top, fab an access panel, swap the pump. Two hours the first time, thirty minutes thereafter to swap the pump if need be.

Much easier and more efficient than the 4-6 hours required the drop the bullshit outta the way. I know this smile.gif

I'd like to take you up on that offer. You will have ONE HOUR to completely drop the tank, replace the fuel pump, and reassemble everything.

Then the car has to run and not leak. You game? I personally think you're full of horseshit if that's any consolation smile.gif

Hell, since I am the nice guy I am, I have a car and pump you can show us on. Found somewhere to do it $300. Do it in an hour and I'll give you that money in cash.

I'd kinda like to see this myself because I have done plenty on 3rd Gens and 4th Gens. I have dropped the tank only one time though. Every time after that there has been an access panel cut. Saves time and like Anthony said if you ever have to do it again or want to upgrade, its right there.
