Is this a whole kit made for your integra? If so contact the manufacturer about your problem and they *should* send you the correct pipe for free (or tell you what your doing wrong). If that doesnt work you could always temporarily use an exhaust bend. But again I am not exactly sure what the piece that "doesnt fit" looks like...
