That's right on page 58 of June 2004 Playboy, Jim Bussey II mentions how That city is a speed trap, and goes on about other stuff, I would recommend picking this copy up. Oh-yeah, the girls aren't that bad either!!

I drive through New Rome at least twice a day, every day, and haven't seen a car pulled over in at least 8 months!
