you put in there clear coat, were they powdercoated of two stage?

 

powdercoating doesnt require clearcoat

I don't know, I thought that is what He told me when I dropped them off, but that was 6 months ago and I could be wrong.

Removing old clear coat, as it was oxidized to hell, poloshing out, then was told powder coat clear and the shine will stay forever.

 

Want the ENTIRE rim done, not just the side you see.
