7mgte rebuild need help

The SB needs rebuilt...how much? where? Can you tow it there? (I don't know anyone that will tow an unregistered car AAA sure as shit doesn't)I haven't registered it yet and I will not until the motor is the way

I want it, to save some money on insurance.

Please help.

Looking to get this started in about 2-3 weeks.

The car does run fine but it is high mile and I dont want to risk future problems if i can avoid them now. She hasn't seen boost in awhile

Try to see if Scott (buckeye) want to tackle it. He's very good on price.

It was easier for me to buy a used engine from japan. They can be had for $~600-800. Plus you get tons of extra parts and usually a working turbo.

stopped by N. end wrench and he is the previous owners mechanic...says the engine is sound so no need to rebuild!!!

You still get a unsed 12+ year old motor that is unknown milage and unknown time of sitting. I payed less than $900 for block and head work. 0 miles > 70K
