He figured he was in the clear cause he had slowed down about 2 miles earlier, but the cop pulled him over and said that a plane had gotten him. They measure your speed by timing you over stripes painted on the side of the road, no radar is used, so your radar detector is useless. Kind of a fucking joke, just to give people speeding tickets.
