NEED HELP(honda)

I have a 94 HONDA ACCORD with a f23(2001). I am supposed to race a lincoln ls sunday.I need some tips to find some power. The car has cold air,DC sports header,aem cam gear,21/4 exhaust w/a 3in high flow cat. I dont have alot of money right now,so timing and valve adj. might help a little,i dont know im not used to hondas (its the wifes car)

You might try lightening the car. Take some seats out, carpet, spare tire, etc tec.

Put shorter tires on the front, it lowers the effective gear ratio.

my friends '93 with like 213,000 miles one it with an intake and exhaust is like low 16's he is hoping to break into the 15 marks before he swaps the h23 in.

I took it out last year but it wheel hopps too bad and it only ran like 86 mph
