Trouble Maker
Will these work on the S4 (assuming they will, but need to ask)? I'm assuming these are the 'ProKit' springs Did you use these on stock shocks?
zeitgeist57
I assume they will...good test is the rear springs: are they coil-over-struts or stand-alone? The FWD Passat we have has a solid rear axle with the springs mounted on perches on the leading control arms. Yes, I did use these with stock shocks. Never any problem until the cold weather popped this year (now is a little floaty, but still controlled).
Trouble Maker
Opp, forgot it was fwd. No, the setups are different, struts in the back, not separate springs and shocks. IRS. I did some research anyways. I think the AWD A4's Eibachs are different than the S4's. The S4 Eibach springs are only slightly stiffer than stock, but lower too. I think the A4 Eibach springs might actually be less stiff than my stock springs. I'm retarded, I should have known this was for the Passat and it's fwd.
