How many miles does it have on it and would that even fit on a gen 2 model? Whats the HP difference between the 1st gen and the 2nd gen?

Mike H. from the RX7 store has inspected this motor and said it sounded to be in good shape. He did mention that the motor mounts looked to be different. Otherwise, TO MY KNOWLEDGE it is the same motor. I don't know milage, it was a replacement motor for a high milage car.
