Art Posted August 9, 2004 Report Share Posted August 9, 2004 I cant get rid of it I cant go into SYSTEM and I can't go into processes by way of ctrl. alt. del. it just closes it and it wont let me open my virus scans. I went into safe mode and I thought I killed it but when I got back into normal start up it was still there I got it from clicking on a friends aol link in away message. Guest tbirdchick Posted August 10, 2004 Report Share Posted August 10, 2004 sorry man, you'll have to format your computer... no virus scans will remove it. i think that's the trojan virus my friend had on her computer this week, i couldn't even go into the registry. if it's the same one or similer to the one im thinking of that virus rewrites the shit in your registry and eventually just kills your drives and your exe files.
