zeitgeist57
So it's all coming to a close and I have to say that I've enjoyed watching a lot of the events on TiVo (it's the only way to watch all of this stuff without having to waste your time through commercials). I hope popularity for the Olympics doesn't dwindle over the next few decades. I saw them back in '96 in Atlanta and it was a lot of fun. I'm also glad that there weren't any terrorist-related activities to screw things up. Looking forward to 2008! graemlins/thumb.gif

SquirrelyNutsDSP
I actually enjoyed it this time around and will definitely check it out in '08 too. I don't think there was quite as much outrageous judging as in previous years, but I really don't watch much of the scored events...more the track/field/swimming events. Avenger1647545502
I enjoyed watching the oddball sports the most. Things like handball, water polo, and stuff like that. The badminton was an eye-opener, I couldn't believe those things were moving at 200+ MPH!
