Seen the landlords doing some cleaning/fixing up, as the last people trashed the inside from what I hear. 3 bed split, 2 car attached. I live at the other end of Shawn's neighborhood between McCutcheon and Agler. There are a LOT of houses in there for rent. Winn Properties has most of them, but there are a few others in there too.
