They don't call them foreclosures tho they call them "civil real estate sales". http://www.sheriff.franklin.oh.us/ then hit the franklin county auditors link below to see an overview of the property and possible pitures. this will also tell you when the house was built and who currently owns it. http://franklin.governmaxa.com/propertymax/rover30.asp It would not be a bad idea to drive past the house you are interested in.
