It's actually a "new" design, meaning that Harley couldn't name it the "Harley-Davidson Hardtail Deluxe Red White and Blue Custom American Heritage 40th Anniversary Vintage Pearl Harbor Remembrance Edition VTDLXRQ" and charge an extra 10 grand 'just because'.
