I am currently making an above average hourly rate for a full time security officer, but, thanks to my company wanting to cut costs, my department is being eliminated at the end of the month. Emailed my resume to them yesterday, haven't heard anything back yet. I was already offered one job, and although it's shitty, it is a paycheck and I am going to take it if nothing else comes up, and, continue looking for something better while I'm employed.
