It was nice and civil for him to give the demand so the officer didn't have to use lethal force but really, after the 2nd/3rd time open fire already. sad. Wonder what some of our law authorities on CR would have done in that situation. Too bad that shot that hit the guys' driver side window missed his head, had to have been very close to nailing him.
