98fiveseven1647545503 Posted October 10, 2005 Report Share Posted October 10, 2005 Ok torqued the heads on my LS1 Correct way: torque to 22 ft-lbs turn an additional 90 degrees turn 1-8 additional 90 degrees turn 9-10 additional 50 degrees Me and Stronger Friend did: torque to 22ft-lbs turn an additional 90 degrees turned ALL 50 degrees would turning 1-8 the additional 40 degrees to set to the spec of 90 degrees would that mess anything up?
