NBC 4 had a nice little story about how the rate of car thefts has gone up, and police are going to focus on the break-ins for a while. Boy, it sure is nice of them to take it seriously like that, and I for one could never think that it has anything to do with all those officer's personal cars being broken into at that substation on Livingston last week.
