Story of what I had to do on a sunday night at 11pm in the freakin cold just so I could drive home. Lines are as cheap as $5 dollars, and I believe the bending tool isnt much more either. As an alternative, you can call The Right Stuff detailing, they are located in Sunbury (just NE of Columbus) and buy originals (pre-bent, correct fittings installed) or braided steel lines.
