nurkvinny
So, I called to get a front tire price on my bike. Called John Hinderer PowerSports in Heath. 120-70-17... $120 Labor... $120 + shop materials. In case your doing the math, thats $250 with tax for a 120 front tire. I laughed and hung up. street pilot
I would do the same. I usually buy my tires online.. competitionaccessories.com has pretty good deals. I get them mounted at Hinds. I think it runs me about $30 for both.

Got-Boost?
Tires = overpriced And they wont mount your tires brought in from outside. I got a OEM BT56 for $15 less than anywhere online. I thought there tire prices were pretty damn good.

I was looking at a D205 or D220 to match the semi-new rear.
lemosley01
I suppose if they had to pull the wheels and it took them like...3 days to do it. Let me understand - they wanted to charge you $120 in labor for a tire you actually purchased there? And these dealers wonder why people stop buying from them. You can buy your own tire changing station for not much more than that.

owndjoo
iron pony is one of the better places to buy/mount tires. call over to yamaha of columbus 740-927-9944 and see how much they'll charge to mount. i have a hook up there(ama pro rider they sponsor) and we change supermoto tires there for free. shouldnt be too expensive.
