Summer vacation ideas

So me and my friend (possibly a couple other guys too) are looking for a trip that might be fun for a bunch of 18-20 year old guys. As of now, we're thinking about taking a road trip to Virginia Beach or something like that, but I've never been there and don't know what its like. Given that kind of break idea, anyone have any suggestions of places that might be the tits for a bunch of booze-crazy dudes to spend a few days and not a shit ton of money?

Road trips are awesome. Me and a few of my friends took a road trip a few years ago. We rented a van and headed west. Didnt have any plans. Just drove and stopped when and where we wanted. We got to see a lot of cool stuff. We ended up in Santa Monica.

underage at PIB for the lose. you wont even be able to get in the bars. If you guys are looking to party and drink (underage) windsor FTW

i'm interested about this windsor place, being that we're all underage. We'll have no problem procuring alcohol in C-bus to bring along with us in baggage, but yeah, bars would be fun.

Where is it, how much is it to stay around there, and is it a bitch to park/have a car there?

Rent a houseboat on lake cumberland its probably the best time you will have, but you should take a speedboat down with you and wakeboard, ski, tube etc...

That was my plan for the summer with my friends. Theres a few places you only have to be 18 to rent. We plan on trailoring a jet boat down as well.

Windsor is located in Canada just across from Detroit. It's about a four-hour drive there from CLB. Windsor, as a city, is fairly crappy - think of what OSU's campus used to look like, and that's pretty much what all of Windsor looks like. It's not a big city by any means, and, no, it's certainly not a problem to have/park a car there.

Windsor has one main casino, and it's a very nice casino. Very clean, big enough (think a smaller sized, main Strip Vegas casino), and has a poker room. There are a few good strip clubs in Windsor as well. After that, I don't know what else the place has to offer.

Detroit also has a few casinos. However, they are much more ghetto/dirtier/smaller, etc. than the casino in Windsor. However, some people dig the grittier places, so I thought I would at least mention that.

You'll need a passport or your ID and birth certificate to easily transverse the border. Seriously, they do not fuck around, especially when you are trying to get back into the U.S. I'll save you the details of how I know, unless you want them. Suffice to say, just take a passport or your ID + your birth certificate.

The exchange rate earns you money once you enter Canada. I think you earn 33 cents on every dollar in the exchange. So, if I go to Canada and exchange a dollar, then they would give me $1.33 in Canadian money. However, what Canada giveth, the U.S. taketh away: you lose that 33 cents on every dollar when you come back across the border and exchange your money back to US currency.

Yeah, I went to Toronto last year with a friend and had no trouble getting back over the border. I have a passport, and he had his ID/Birth certificate, and they didn't even ask to see either. Toronto was cool, underage drinking was a cinch except for nightclubs; they carded hardcore. Windsor is a possibility; thanks for all the great suggestions, guys.
