Tractor Posted June 18, 2006 Report Share Posted June 18, 2006 Thats nothing the entire state of West Virginia requires all vehicles to have no visable rust, cracked windows, cracked lights/reflectors, and you must pass a basic emissions test. Evan I call :bs: on this, I have been there many times and all I see are rusted out trucks and cars......I could see charleston WV with this law for their county but not all of WV.
