Thats nothing the entire state of West Virginia requires all vehicles to have no visable rust, cracked windows, cracked lights/reflectors, and you must pass a basic emissions test. Your inspected annually and must pass to get your plates renewed.

I call :bs: on this, I have been there many times and all I see are rusted out trucks and cars......I could see charleston WV with this law for their county but not all of WV. Hell some ofthe small towns don't have running water, let alone a emissions sniffer machine.

Yea, the no rust thing in West Virginia is bs. Well that, or its just not inforced, at all. The emissions test however, is true. Just got to know somebody who does the test and no worries:) I lived down there for 2 years, right around where some areas still look like they're straight outta coal miners daughter:( lol
