Sam1647545489
I have a bench like this http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/bigfit_1909_20239956 with 310# of weight. Also have these dumbells http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/bigfit_1910_25949668 with a dumbell stand. Been used acouple of times. Dont have any need for it as I am hittin the actual gym now so if you want it along with a curl bar. It costed me 1100$ total new, I will take 700 for it all. Sam1647545489
I forgot the bar is an olympic bar with all the plates you want. The bench lets you do incline, decline, flat, shoulder press and squats and leg and hamstring curls.
