evan9381
again, taken from another forum im on...thought this would be enjoyed here as well... This is a little old, having debuted July 16th, but it's still worth a look http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2006/07/ta_cayman_gt_sport_2.jpg //Underhood, the Cayman's 3.4L six gets the full once-over. Bored out to 99mm, it receives larger pistons, a new crankshaft, sports camshafts, and modified intake and exhaust systems. Accordingly, the engine management electronics are reprogrammed to handle all the changes. The net result: displacement grows to 3.8 liters, producing a healthy 385 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. Cars equipped with Porsche's PASM get TechArt's VarioPlus coil-over suspension, which allows ride-height lowering of up to 25mm and lets the driver select between Sport and Normal suspension modes via a cockpit-mounted control. Regardless of which one is selected, the dampers firm up automatically in sport driving conditions. Stylish five-spoke TechArt Formula lightweight wheels fitted with low-profile Continental ContiSportContact tires fill the wells nicely -- 19" in front and 20" in back.// http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2006/07/ta_cayman_gt_sport_3.jpg See the full Autoblog article and TechArt press release. http://www.techart.de/

AudiOn19s
TechArt has always been a little too Bling for my tastes but that's not bad none the less. Give me the Farnbacher Loles Cayman GTR anyday though....then again for that money just buy a GT3 and do it right the first time. http://farnbacherloles.com/st/projects.asp http://www.caymanclub.net/Gallery/Cayman_Images/Cayman_GTR/GTR_14.jpg

JaSSon
It looks like a beetle from the front!
coty061885
That wing makes it look like a GT3 from the rear. From the front it looks sorta like one, but different enough that I love it.
Renner
I like the cayman but even in stock form it's still extremely overpriced for what it is in my opinion. The Techart version looks good with some better performance, but $125K+ is just ridiculous. From that article: “Those are the performance cornerstones of the new TechArt GTsport, that TechArt Automobildesign (http://www.techart.de) builds in small-series production based on the Porsche Cayman S. MSRP starts at 100,000 euros.”

Nitrousbird
I like it minus the wing. But not worth it for that kind of coin.
yotaman88210
Very Gorgeous!! It is almost depressing to see a price tag on it like that. But then again if everone had one then it would not be appeciated. VERY VERY beautiful.
