Hwilli1647545487
Heard the opposite. Assholes, and beat cars. No person experience though.
Tinman
I've heard good and bad, but that goes for every dealership. Buyer beware as always.
zeitgeist57
I beat on a couple of VR4's on their lot a few years ago. Both of them puffed clouds of oil smoke on startup. I feel a *little* sorry for whomever actually bought those cars...

s13
One of my friends bought an evo from them and it took them almost 3 months for them to get him the title for the car. He did not want to take them to court over it because he has always bought his cars from them.
Guest Removed
ive heard mainly bad things, and have worked on a few shitty cars, that was a tad high on the price.

nurkvinny
Looked at a Z06 there last fall. Advertised as GREAT shape. Way overpriced for its condition. So beat I didn't even test drive it. I would be cautious.

Jelloman4571647545499
My father knows Denny and wouldn't mind spending some "private time" in a small room with him. Other then that, I have had no experience with them. heard they sucked though

Science Abuse
If this is overpriced, I should be happy that it's not on fire. Denny Dotson Automotive is a family owned business with many years of combined experience. We have been in the same location for 25 years. We pride ourselves on a no pressure sales approach. We think our cars will sell themselves. They are hand picked and extensive reaserch is done before we purchase them for resale. We want to provide the very best quality of product for your money. We sell many vehicles to out of state customers and have the process down very well. Repeat business is key
El Karacho1647545492
I've driven a few of their cars, a yellow LS1 GTO that was beat to shit. They sell either A) rice or B) power cars beat to shit under the hood.
Tinman
I will be driving by Denny's tomorrow early afternoon. I'll try to remember to swing in and check out the 540 for you.
Science Abuse
viel danke Matt! My guess is they get their cars at acution. they may or may not look at the cars, they just bid what they're willing to pay and take what they can get. BloodRed
My sister got one of those Escort EXP's or something like that a long time ago. Car lasted her a good long time with nothing major needing repaired. I would stop in everyonce in a while when I lived in Utica and then Johnstown, on my way home from school or work. Most of there prices seemed high, but I think that is a good deal on that BMW.
Nitrousbird
I've heard nothing but bad things about the place. Of course not ALL of their cars are going to be beat to death. I mean, no place is going to buy only beat on cars. But it seems they get a much higher percentage than most places.
launchin1st
I wonder who this guy is????? Dan i wonder how more times you can wreck your car?
AngryBMW
Eric, I looked into that exact 540i before I bought the one I have currently. I obviously went another way... Denny Dotson is notorious for not having a title in hand and it taking MONTHS to get. As a whole their cars are beat. I have been to the lot and driven their cars, not to mention as a whole I was treated poorly. I would honestly advise you to look elsewhere. When I was looking for 540s there was a decent selection on Autotrader if you were willing to drive more than 15 minutes away. Also check out the ToyBarn, they have a decent 2001 S4 that you might like. You can call me if you want to check my car out. -Marc
