Beau B Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 I am trying to sublease my place, it is in University Village about 5 minutes north of campus between North Broadway and Akerman (spelling?) anyways rent is $455 with a utilities fee of $59 a month not including electric.
