It is but they have alot if it done now Brian, boths sides of the freeway on 161 use the new road.There is not really a long line now to go east on 161 from 270 north since they opened the new road on 161 east. All the fly overs are open over 270. And the tunnel under 270 is nearing completion! When you come back you will notice a difference Brian. I can't wait until it is done.
