Daugherty Machine in Canal Winchester pays pretty well and is always looking for good machinists. Ask for Randy Tarman how does one become a cnc machinest. Do yourself a favor and go into something else. Machining is getting to be a dead trade around the Columbus area and the money isnt there unless you get lucky. I have worked the mom and pop shops and currently at a large company for the last 10yrs. If not for the company I am currently at, I would of got out of this trade.
