Slimpsy1647545505
Hey all, just got a 89 ramcharger . . . MINT condition . . excellent running shape. . already has headers and dual exhaust on it .. . and I'm wondering . . what are the possibilities with this engine power wise? Any really good upgrades? I'm more into chevy but couldn't pass up this deal and know very little about the dodge engines. thanks in advance -Will

Jelloman4571647545499
heads will help a lot, also intake and carb. 360s are great engines. If you want go to a dodge parts dept. and pick up a new 2007 parts catalog for $5.00. They have a complete section for 340/360 engines from a little mods to a lot. Guest foxstang89
If your ram possibly has TBI you can pick up an upgraded computer. I had a 90 ram 1500 pickup i did this to. Just make sure you preform the relearn procedure.
dakotart
Will, I know the forum below is a dakota forum, but there is lots of good info and the R/T has the 5.9L 360 motor in it. http://forums.delphiforums.com/dakotart There are several members on there that are getting up there in the HP numbers. The forum is open to anyone and not just limited to dakota r/t owners. -Rich Hey all, just got a 89 ramcharger . . .
