Starcraft Nerd Needs Help

So after witnessing the debut of SC2 my primal urges to demolish other races via terran nuclear weapons has emerged. I downloaded the SC/Broodwar package on utorrent and installed all the bs. I used a no cd crack to get it working. The intro works fine, but when the main menu comes up, it crashes.

My downfall is that I am not an actual computer nerd. I limit my nerdiness to a select few games. Here is the message I received. Does it just mean I installed a bad version with missing files? No, I am not willing to share the file 'tittays' with you either.....unless I get some good tips

try the url cracks.am That isn't a work safe link. Search for a crack there and try it again.

I never rember star craft requireing a crack just to install only to run. I'm grabbing this copy now I will post if it works. I don't see why it would not.

Crack is needed for No CD key. I have an image file of starcraft 2 and the expansion at home. You just need to mount it with your favorite virtual drive (daemon tools) and play it like normal.

 

I hate torrents. I can maybe setup an ftp ..... ?

you guys are quoting terran and protoss voices, but whats sadder that i remember nearly all the zerg sounds. in 6th-7th grade that game owned my life. starcraft two is long overdue.

be careful downloading games on uTorrent, or in any other medium for that matter. the multimedia companies are really targeting games/movies instead of music nowadays.
