This is probably the freakiest thing to happen to me driving. I was driving this morning when a bird flew pretty low in front of my car. I didn't think I hit it but didn't see it on the ground behind me. Had a large hawk fly right over the hood of my car coming home yesterday morning. Thought i was going to hit him. I watched him take a rabbit out about 5ft to the side of my car. Actually a long long time ago I had a 99 grand am gt... and I managed to get a bird stuck in the small ram air intakes. I was in a construction zone with barrels on both sides of me so I couldn’t move out of the way and it was too close to stop in time so I hit it…It made a loud ass thud/squawk, when I looked in the rearview mirror all I saw was a bunch of feathers, like I just ran over a pillow.
