How does a worm get from your digestive system to your nervous system? It comes from the saying "shit for brains", I've seen it a thousand times. It happens (usually in women) where the small intestine runs into the frontal lobe of the brain, and exits from the rear, using the brain to filter instead of kidneys, continuing down to where it connects to the large intestine.
