Guest Removed Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 not bad, how many points is that? what steel? how much? you provide the tubing or just labor? jegs kit this one is a 8 point 1 3/4 tubing. they made it while he waited(they had the plans in stock) at this point it is only missing the kicker bars! and some seams need finished up!(on the floor plates) and he was rushing , i wanted to do the rear bars and front bars different., and run them much cleaner. but i just did want he wanted to do...i wanted to bend the rear bars over the back seat, but he changed his mind 12 times standing there while we fitted the main hoop! labor start's at $250 and goes up (depends on how crazy your talking) i can hide it rather well, and my install's normally turn out much cleaner, but like i said he was rushing me! but if the inside of the car is stripped, i can cut you a deal! it all depends on what you want! and some custom jobs will require extra tubing. i wanted to run a cross brace on his rear strut tower, and mount the rear bars to it, but i did wanted he asked! and he just called me and said "man, i didnt realize how much this car flexed.. now i see why you said dont be going all johnny road racer on me now!" And he seems to spank stock GT's all the time.but only the time slips will tell! other honda guys are like what do you have in that thing. PA AOD or C-4 and a Good shifter but myself i love ripping gears.Its just harder on the drive line and you always have room for driver error.
