KillJoy
Ok... lets see if I can explain this.... Can someone who owns a business have an Open House, and exclude someone from dropping by? Say....even have them removed saying they are trespassing. And, the"Official Invitation" was printed out, and in the person's hand? Just curious. hotcorvmamma
Does the "official invite" have this persons name on it??? You simply ask them to leave if they do show up if they dont, then that is tresspassing.

I would say that the business owner would have the right to include or exclude anyone from a "open house".
Mr. Jones
Like most any business they can refuse service and or ask you to leave for any reason. Especially if its you we are talking about, well then you probably threw dookie at someone for all I know. Or did giant childish burnouts all over their lot. Who knows.. HotCarl
If your not wanted there, why would you want to go anyway? And considering its technically private property yes they can remove you despite having any sort of invitation in your hand.
Buck531
Is it possible to do it say at a track rental? Say Trails owns the track, but the people renting it out for the day has requested that so and so is not allowed to come in. Is that any different? serious question too . Mensan
Yes. They can ask you to leave at any time, for any reason.
