Gergwheel1647545492
Does anyone here have any software to study for the Network + exam? Or if you have any guide lines on how to study for it if you have already taken it? I already have my A+. Please don't post saying how this cert is worthless, I already know that, but my boss wants me to have it by the end of the year so I need to start studying. 87GT
I can probably find my N+ book somewhere. That test isn't that hard. I think A+ was harder... but I finished both of my tests in under 10 minutes. It is a fucking breeze. I used to see on private FTPs some practice tests. If you can find these practice tests from China just take them until you get 100%. They are almost if not the exact wording of the actual tests (unless they changed them since I took my tests 2002)
87GT
Oh I took the CompTIA tests FYI

copperhead
sidenote - has anyone here taken CCNA? If so, how difficult was it?
thorne
I'm taking CCNA Nov26ish
Mr. Jones
CCNA = Pretty Difficult Each of the subsequent CCNP tests are seemingly easier than the CCNA on the whole. I"m taking my routing exam here shortly to complete my NP.
Gergwheel1647545492
Thank you Jones, But what is an ISO?? what am I supposed to do with this big ass file?
Gergwheel1647545492
On a serious note though. Have you actually used the train signal to prep for the network plus? if so did you go through and watch all the videos or just take the practice test questions until you knew all the answers? Supplicium
CCNA = Pretty Difficult Each of the subsequent CCNP tests are seemingly easier than the CCNA on the whole. I"m taking my routing exam here shortly to complete my NP. Yeah I got my CCNA June 2004. I am pretty sure it expired recently Ill have to find my card. I started into the CCNP 1 book and lost interest. I am hoping to get back in it after I graduate in April and renew my CCNA and work on the CCNP classes. excell
I just picked up cram books for the N+, S+, and L+. I don't have (and honestly, don't need) the certs because they're pretty baby-food, but work pays for it so why not? Besides, the N+ and S+ carry weight when I take the MCSE and MCSA next year. I'm already bored as shit reading the N+ book because I knew and forgot it all in favor of real knowledge. Oh well... I've had CCNA and CCDA, but I let them lapse. I'll renew them after I've got the MS certs.
04silvrz
Network + is kind of pointless. Get your MCSE. It only took me about a month to prep for that.
Akula
I have the N+, buy the exam cram.
