Weel it looks like all the big retailers are showing a price of $375.

This one looks somewhat promising though as it says this on the SHOEI page:

Shoei's advertising policies prevent us from showing our much lower prices.

Please email for our lowest price and discount code on Shoei Helmets.

Is that the RF-1000 or the X-eleven?

The X-11 does not fit but the TZ & the RF do

X-Eleven

Now that's fast service for ya!

I switched brands to get a removable liner. I ride basically everyday during the summer so I wanted to be able to wash it every week or two. If you don't have an overly sweaty head, wear a bandanna, or don't ride as much then it's probably not a big deal. The TZR does have washable cheek pads so that helps.

MR B, Did you email motodepot? about there prices? What did they have to say?

Just curious.

Waiting for a reply.

I quite like the HJC ZXSP also but having a hard time finding it in the green & 3xl it's only about $170-180 to.

Those are HJC's entry level lids they do for Kawasaki. Certainly not X-11 or RF1000 caliber...

So far the only ones I have found to fit my big head are HJC CL-15 & CL-SP in XXXL and (just recently found out) the RF-1000 & TZ-R in XXL are also a pretty good fit.

So as far a quality goes I have had to shop for what fits first & then what design/style I like. At least now nowing that 2 of the Shoei line's fit in the 2XL that gives me a bit more choice.

I've had no problems with my HJC CL-15 in over a year & it stod up very well against a speeding Jeep Cherokee & a very hard landing on the road, so when I see an HJC for $130+ or a Shoei for $430 you have to understand I am wondering what makes it really be $300 more of a helmet, other than the SHOEI stickers.
