Lets get one thing straight first, I'm strickly going for the tittays and the beer. Where can I get a hotel with a balcony and be in the middle of it all. Is it on bourbon street or in the French Quarter? I may be wrong but I was under the impression that the party lasts like all week, but the actual holiday is on Tues the 5th.
