Sounds you a good plan for you, before you jump into anything, check on insurance costs , utilities and make sure your rent is affordable. My wife and I am starting new business too. I would suggest that you incorporate(c-corp?) your business to protect your family assets. My wife is an attorney if you have questions, I can provide you her contact info. We have checked into rent,insurance,utilites but we only talked about LLC's and inc. we will take any advice that is given!
