He didn't mention anything about legality. He did tell me that I couldn't buy the auto version of the Benchmade knife that I bought. Civy version only. Cougar1647545494 Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 I've been shocked by a 300kv and a 80kv stun gun. They don't necessarily hurt, but you really don't want to be hit again. The spark they make is more of a deterrent. I haven't been shocked to the point of incapacitance though, nor have I ever been tazed. A tazer just seems like it would hurt much worse.
