Trouble Maker
Oh, I meant to comment on the straight studs for the wall. Pick out the straightest ones for the studs and use those. The less straight ones you can use for shorter pieces (that you need to cut down). The fucked up ones use for very short pieces or take back. That's the best way to make things look as good as possible. IDK about Lowes, but most lumber yards will let you bring back what you don't use. I've found trying to find straight lumber at Lowe's/Home Depot makes me want to kick someones puppie.

RX-7 Addict
what kind of B&W speakers are you going to go with, 6xx, 7xx, 8xx? I have some B&W speakers now and they are killer. Recommend getting monoblock amps, so each speaker is individually powered. Maybe something from Rotel or Classe
mrblunt
I'm likely starting with a CC6 center, 601's around. When I have the dough to step in the 800 series then i'll drop some coin. I'm buying these off a relative who really doesn't use them or even know what they are. He bought a condo with them in there and i've talked him into selling them to me. Thanks for the info on the amp, i'll take a look into it.
