My wife is a licensed realtor - only represents buyers though. They do not represent sellers - kind of quirky but they do it so they don't get into a situation where they are representing buyer and seller. It really is a good idea. Also means if you are buying a house that is all she does - so she should be good at it right?

My dad is one and he's a broker which could help. Been doing it forever and knows his stuff. Al Stamper Realty. Helped Anthony and Joe get their houses. Give him a call and tell him you're a friend of mine. 577-0608.

Al is an awesome guy. Couldn't ask for a more friendly person. Was the buyers agent for my house, and sold the house I lived in previously (that my old roomate owned).

I will also add he will be the only person I call come time to sell my place, and buy another one. Period.
