2 Sweet
LOL weird story. What a douche, he shoulda been guilty. All the evidence against the cop were just "coincidences."

Dr. Pomade
reasonable doubt...... FYI, the burden of proof of "beyond a reasonable doubt" is the equivalent of about a 95 percent degree of certainty. It is the burden of proof required in all criminal proceedings. Sorry, I have all this psycholegal trivia floating around in my head; it's the leftovers of me having recently studied for and taken the written examination for board certification in forensic psychology. HotCarl
Wow, at first I thought the prosecutor was a bit over zealous in her pursuit but damn, after reading the whole article and all the evidence, He's DAMNED lucky to get off. No pun intended. But its not like the stripper cares, she got 400k out of it.
V8 Beast
Lesson learned... if you are an officer (that happens to pull over a stripper) its ok to get a hand job. And if they have to pay for it they should be able to write it off on their taxes Edit: We all should be able to make citizens arrests and get the same treatment! Main3s
That sucks that the cop got away with it, especially since the evidence was pretty solid (or sounded that way).

Otis Nice
Al Stokke argued that Park wasn’t responsible for making sticky all over the woman’s sweater. Hilarious reporting. Cop is at fault.
