Now on to the new stuff.

  • 3" intake with GM 3800 throttle body
  • QKSL2 turbo cams
  • Crower rods and JE 8.8:1 pistons
  • Port and polished head
  • T04E .48/.50 ar with custom wheels
  • Tubular header with 1.5" ID piping w/ 38mm Tial wastegate
  • Radiator/intercooler combo with 2.5" inlet/outlet - 3" core

So I have to ask, did you honestly think a stock rebuilt saturn engine (is that an ecotec btw?) could handle 22psi for any amount of time or did you already know you were going to build it and just said "fuck it, go out with a bang"?

 

Props to you for doing something different though.

Looks Good. When is it coming back on the dyno?

 

Once I break it in and get a decent tune. I'm going to have to throw away my current tune since everything is changing so much, but I assure you we won't blow the pipe off this time. There's no piping to it.

 

No Ecotec. It's the 1.9L LL0, and no I didn't think it would last. I did it for the hell of it.
